Remote Executive Assistant – Family Office (NYC Area)
A newly established family office is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support its principals and help build the organization and implement structure and standard practices. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, entrepreneurial team with significant room for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level executive support including complex calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
• Handle confidential correspondence, presentations, and reports with discretion and accuracy.
• Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting functions such as expense tracking, budgeting, vendor payments, and reconciliation.
• Liaise with external advisors (legal, tax, financial) and coordinate documentation as needed.
• Assist with the development and implementation of operational systems and processes as the family office expands.
• Prepare and maintain records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial and administrative procedures.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior leadership.
• Strong accounting or bookkeeping background; proficiency with accounting software and Excel required.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; discretion and confidentiality are essential.
• Entertainment industry experience strongly preferred.
• Must be based in the New York City area and able to attend in-person meetings, though the role is currently remote.
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary range up to $165,000, commensurate with experience.
