HOUSEKEEPER - BEDFORD With excellent housekeeping skills and the ability to work over some weekends while the family is in residence this is a a great post. This large compound is fully staffed with a a great energetic team of staff who all work cohesively together toward ensuring the tasks are completed for the family. The family is only in residence typically through the late Autumn and Winter months on the weekends. Otherwise they are at their other properties. During times they are not in residence your schedule will be Monday through Friday. Laundry and cleaning and some table service as needed. Must be energized by the opportunity to work long hours if needed (with overtime) and be confident in your abilities. The House Manager is a wonderful professional who competently runs a great property and is fully adept with training and ensuring you are aware of how the day needs to flow so all the duties are cared for. Your awareness of rare appointments in art and antiques is essential and knowing how to handle delicate fabrics and care for precious items. Start ASAP.
