HOUSEKEEPER/LAUNDRESS Seeking a Housekeeper / Laundress with a minimum of 5 years experience. Location: Upper West Side / Townhouse Hours: 9-5, with flexibility for evening and weekends Salary: Flexible, commensurate with experience Benefits: Medical after 3 months Additional Requirements: - Must love dogs (all animals). Family has 3 dogs. [One walk at end may be required.] - Organization and attention to detail are key for this family and an absolute must. - Responsibilities include careful, impeccable housekeeping, family laundry, and pressing. - Self-starter - Willingness to help - even outside of job description - Follow-up and communicating to family is critical - Fun, joyful, low-key personality - Proven experience highly organized and must coordinate a rotational cleaning schedule for a large home to ensure that it all gets completed in the cleaning and deep cleaning in the areas as required. - Submissions accepted only with salary requirements
