DRIVER & HOUSEMAN This is a busy job where you will begin early morning by picking up and transporting the principal to his office in NYC, returning to the Long Island home to transport the children to school and the Mrs to her appointments. Upon return to the property you will then ensure the maintenance, cleanliness and care of the vehicles and then assist with Houseman chores around the home; both indoors and outside as needed. This includes - changing light bulbs, assisting the housekeepers with moving items for deep-cleaning, minor repair to plumbing and painting and ensuring the filters are clean, the appliances and other mechanical aspects are running smoothly. Must have knowledge of security systems along with general mechanical & technical skills. It is a busy day and full as you will then be required to circle back around to pick everyone up again to transport them home. You will be working primarily Monday - Friday with on-call status for weekends in the event there is transport required to the airport or a special event requiring your assistance. Must be a handyman capable of performing many hands-on tasks to ensure systems are running smoothly. Former experience and verifiable clean references a must. Must be comfortable working with the entire family inclusive of children and always ensuring their secure safe passage. This is a MUST-FILL
