RE: Premier Staffing respects the privacy of our customers, applicants and employees and we recognize that each has certain rights related to personal information that we collect from you. RE: Premier Staffing respects and abides by national and local privacy laws and has implemented procedures in order to meet the requirements of these laws.

What Personal Data We Collect:
RE: Premier Staffing informs our customers, applicants, and employees about the information we collect, how we use it and whether this information will be shared with any third parties. We try to where possible give individuals advance or as soon as is practical details as to how their information will be used. Personal information is requested when we are asked by a client to look for information or to search for a candidate to fill an employment opening. We usually ask for names addresses and other personal information, including work experience, education and skills. We also may ask for certain personal information which may be considered "sensitive" such as information necessary with respect to the provision of health benefits. We recommend that no information regarding sensitive issues such as personal characteristics (e.g., gender) be disclosed on the initial application or resume provided to us.

Applicants:
RE: Premier Staffing respects civil rights and treats all job applicants equally and is respectful of ensuring equal opportunities regardless of gender, race, color, creed, sexual preference or status or affiliation. The amount of information that you will be needed to supply will normally be limited to only that which is necessary to supply our services to you. We will use your contact information to send you electronic mail messages to you about RE: Premier Staffing or job postings that fit your profile. Only RE: Premier Staffing will send you these direct messages.

Customers:
For customers who participate in RE: Premier Staffing's online job searching systems, we ask for personal information needed to fulfill the staffing request made by you.

Retention of Personal Data:
RE: Premier Staffing will collect personal data from you and destroy or retain such information in strict compliance with company requirements and the applicable laws. RE: Premier Staffing takes care to secure personal information given to us by our customers, applicants and employees. We protect this personal information through various security practices and measures in order to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, destruction, or disclosure.

Cookies and Web Beacons:
To help us provide better service, we sometimes collect anonymous information from visits to our sites through the use of "web beacons." These do not access your personal information but rather allow RE: Premier Staffing to log users who have visited our website. This anonymous information is sometimes known as "clickstream data." RE: Premier Staffing or its vendors may use this data to analyze trends and statistics to help us provide better customer service.
