Personal information is requested when we are asked by a client to look for information or to search for a candidate to fill an employment opening. We usually ask for names addresses and other personal information, including work experience, education and skills. We also may ask for certain personal information which may be considered "sensitive" such as information necessary with respect to the provision of health benefits. We recommend that no information regarding sensitive issues such as personal characteristics (e.g., gender) be disclosed on the initial application or resume provided to us.

Applicants:

The amount of information that you will be needed to supply will normally be limited to only that which is necessary to supply our services to you. We will use your contact information to send you electronic mail messages to you about RE: Premier Staffing or job postings that fit your profile. Only RE: Premier Staffing will send you these direct messages.

Customers:
For customers who participate in RE: Premier Staffing's online job searching systems, we ask for personal information needed to fulfill the staffing request made by you.

RE: Premier Staffing will collect personal data from you and destroy or retain such information in strict compliance with company requirements and the applicable laws. RE: Premier Staffing takes care to secure personal information given to us by our customers, applicants and employees. Cookies and Web Beacons:
To help us provide better service, we sometimes collect anonymous information from visits to our sites through the use of "web beacons."
