LIVE-OUT SEASONAL LIFEGUARD - HAMPTON'S This family requires a Lifeguard "ON-DUTY" for the Summer season. Must be; Strong and fully capable swimmer in both ocean/beach and pool environments Must be Fully Certified - Possess American Red Cross Life-guarding/First Aid/CPR/AED along with the ability to administer Oxygen Act as a point of contact - monitor surf and changing weather/water conditions Ability to surface dive, dive and tow flotation device Possess an excellent awareness and attentiveness toward all water safety procedures Ability to rapidly assess all emergency situations in a calm manner and respond immediately in an unflappable, clear and decisive manner Excellent communication skills - gently and effectively communicate safety reminders and advice to family and guests Ability to assess the sites and establish an Emergency Response protocol Ability to work well with others patience, calm and clear demeanor Adept at caring for both children and adults and comfortable with all CPR First Aid rescuing procedures to effectively respond Your duties will be on a schedule TBD. Guaranteed 40 hour week with overtime at time and a half. The Summer Season will go from May-Memorial Day to September - Labor Day Please send your information in right away if you qualify
