LEAD HOUSEKEEPER - FOR A LARGE TOWNHOUSE This is a large beautiful newly renovated townhouse with clean lines and smooth surfaces. It is open and spacious with eclectic appointments in a mix of rare art, sculpture and minimalist furnishings. There is a lot of natural sunlight which will draw attention to any dust on the surfaces. This sort of space will require an excellent eye for detail as dust will be your biggest concern along with a full knowledge of specific care of special surfaces of marble, composites and resins. Also too will be your oversight of immaculate wardrobes, organizing large walk-in closets to ensure the order of hanging & folded items, accessories and shoes/hats/bags etc. Stocking and supplies, running errands, laundry and ensuring the bathrooms and common areas are always immaculate and in a guest-ready appearance. A little dog is a cherished part of the family. You will work closely with the Personal Assistant to ensure in-synch scheduling and organization. This is a quiet family. They entertain on occasion but as they are very busy in their business involvements they more importantly immerse themselves within the sanctuary of their home.
