LIVE-OUT HOUSEMAN - LATTINGTOWN/ LOCUST VALLEY This wonderful energetic and active family requires an experienced HOUSEMAN to care for their property providing both indoor and outdoor care. Overseeing the care of indoor maintenance, changing light bulbs, assisting the housekeepers with their deep cleaning, running errands, bringing in groceries, straightening the garage and ensuring all areas are tidy. Providing assurances that the grounds are maintained with attention to cleaning patio furniture, seeping the surfaces, cleaning the bar-b-q and overall cleaning both indoors and outdoors. There will be light painting and touch-ups, light mechanical, oversee the care of the security system, sound system, lighting system and the humidity control. Monitor the care of the air conditioning, changing filters. Keeping a maintenance log for the appliances and machinery and the upkeep within warranty of servicing contracts. You will also be required to use the computer to order items for stocking and storage and ensure the overall cleanliness of all areas. It will be a big plus if you also know how to provide table service and assist in all special events, and family gatherings. There are 4 dogs and 3 children - it is important that you enjoy being within a highly active household. Also too is car care and overseeing cleanliness and some driving - must be familiar with the area. Must be responsible, excellent references and great flexibility to fix things and care for the well being of the family.
