LIVE IN HOUSE COUPLE - WESTCHESTER This delightful family of 5, plus a dog, requires an enerized enthhusiastic "can-do" flexible couple to care for their Westchester property. With the current Covid-19 concerns they are presently in residence, typically they spend week days at their home in NYC and weekend in Westchester. There is a Chef and a Driver on staff. DUTIES OVERVIEW FOR COUPLE; Hands on housekeeping and laundry/ironing Care to organize and maintain closets, wardrobes, drawers - rotate seasonal wardrobes - storage and inventory, take notation of mending and repairs Care of patio furniture; covering and cleaning, seasonal storage There is a dog, walking, vet visits, feeding Car maintenance and cleaning Shopping, errands, stocking and ordering of supplies, working with Chef to provision if necessary Maintaining and upkeep of appliances, minor repairs and overall cleanliness indoors and out on decks and porches Changing lightbulbs, light handyman, painting, light plumbing and general hands on care in this regard Working with the staff to ensure coverage and guest-ready coverage and cleanliness at all times Formal/Informal table service, light meal preparation of breakfast and assist with lunch - light cooking when the Chef is on his days off Vendor management and overseeing the various construction projects and monitoring improvements Highly astute awareness of Smart Home tech and being mindful of valuable assets Must have 5+ years within a LIVE IN position and exhibit the ability to care for a finely appointed property and the care of museum quality assets. References and background check with be conducted.
