SERVER / INVENTORY ASSISTANT - LIVE OUT NYC This prominent, busy and fully staffed household requires an energetic person to perform meal service along with stocking and supply inventory and placing orders with the preferred vendors. These efforts will coordinate with the Chef and the Chief of Staff to fully ensure the stocks are monitored and up to ready levels. Your main focus will be hospitality minded guest greeting, beverage service, table service in both informal and on occasion formal service. Liaising all efforts with the key managerial staff to ensure welcoming full service whether of the principals , family and guests. You must be flexible and unencumbered to travel to additional properties as needed and be fully engaged within the required needs of the job. There is an excellent strong team in place who is all about service and being in place to perform to an elevated level of care in a calm respectful manner. Former server experience a must. Flexibility to travel a must.
