MUST BE LEGAL TO WORK IN THE U.S.A. AND AVAILABLE TO LIVE-IN ON THE PROPERTY Looking for a HOUSE COUPLE with a high level of expertise, fully apprised of all aspects of hands-on care of a wonderful estate, large finely appointed main house and various additional buildings on the property of this expansive compound. You will be required to work Wednesday through to Monday, on occasion you will be asked to travel to the other properties to assist during special events or busy times. DUTIES; Housekeeping - all care required to ensure Guest-ready preparedness at all times Table Service Laundry Bed making and changing Event planning Outdoor facilities care Maintenance and upkeep of sports complex Light construction Vendor relations Monitoring expenses and transactions using Excel Stocking and supplies Light cooking on occasion..usually a light breakfast Assist Chef, help with all cleaning Floral arrangements, table setting Pitching in wherever necessary to ensure smooth running operations Discretion and total confidentiality Security minded Must exhibit a minimum of 5 years of experience - preferably without job hopping Excellent skills with impeccable attention to detail Background check and verifiable references Looking for an energetic active couple with a "get-it-done" attitude
