Multi-Property House and Estate Manager – London, France, Italy, USA
House and Estate Manager required managing the upkeep and smooth running of our international client’s various properties. They have homes in London, France, Italy & USA and spend a few months in each location. You will ensure that all the households are maintained to the highest standard and ready for occupation. The Manager will be responsible for planned maintenance of the various properties and ad-hoc building projects. They will also have responsibility for managing the various households staff. The role involves travelling ahead of the Principles to open up the homes, with the assistance of the household staff.

Requirements;
Maintains all homes Interiors & Exteriors to highest standards
Provides boutique hotel style service and arrangements
Staff hiring, training & managing
Coordinating staff schedules, travels and hotel booking, Doctors appointments and arranging visas if needed
Staff payments & payroll
Liaise, schedules & supervises outside vendors, contractors, designers etc.
Oversees renovations, repairs and preparation of the homes
Maintains homes budgets
Oversees moving in & out of properties
Ensures security of the homes and maintains inventory of valuables
Upkeep “Properties How-To" & family preferences in Estates Manual with clear instructions and photos as needed
Experienced in concierge services
Extremely resourceful at international level
Conducts real estate searches & bookings for family holidays and trips
Excellent problem solver
Extremely discreet, quiet and mindful of the family privacy

The client is looking for someone who is discreet and professional, previous experience in a similar role essential as are excellent and verifiable references.

Fluent English is essential, and French is a plus. A love of traveling a must.

You will have your own accommodation off site – depending on locations: either an apartment, hotel room or shared staff cottage.
