Must be proficient in IT assistance to readily trouble shoot and problem solve all aspects of a complex home with multiple lighting, security, sound systems and HVAC, humidity controlling systems, computers and gadgets. Looking for former experience with the all aspects of technical and mechanical care and interfacing with all levels of minor repairs,vendor relations and ensuring smooth running systems without interruption. Must be thorough, detail oriented, great communication skills, interact with curators/art movers and all hanging of art to ensure complete care and safety. Changing bulbs, inventory, supplies, running all the behind the scenes aspects which make the household hum along without interruption or glitch. Hands-on help where needed and also in the daily requirements of formal table service as needed. Assist with some of the heavy cleaning chores and completely understand the proper care of a finely appointed home. Driving as needed to supplement the Chauffeurs care on occasion.
